Fine-Tuning a Modern San Francisco Apartment

Posted By Tim on Mar 1, 2017 |

The project started when a friend in San Francisco asked me to help him find a backsplash for his kitchen. That led me to suggest he needed to add new kitchen counter lighting and new wall color.  And then (domino effect!), the tile discussion led me to suggest he could have a gorgeous fireplace facade instead of the plain-jane ‘vanilla’ one that was left by the builders.

Six month later, he now has a new fireplace, new shelving, new dining room, new lighting (throughout the entire three bedroom apartment), new guest bath and sink, new guest bedroom, freshly painted media room, a newly re-imagined master bedroom, and a stunning spa-like new master bath.
